Anycubic Mega Liftup Frame (big fans, front SD, drawers)
cults3d
Updates: - 2019-12-24: Simplified side + fanmounts for easy print without support, reduced material - 2019-12-23: Improved corner-with-sdmount fit for better results - 2019-10-25: Added drawer elements to the design - 2019-10-22: Finally fixed SD part hole and learned that edge is not a suitable term for corner, thus renamed filenames appropriately - 2019-09-13: Fixed holes and middle part alignment This frame fits perfectly between bottom plate and case of your Anycubic I3, lifting it up by 17 millimeters. This provides enough space to place a standard fan that is 25mm thick, even if you are using higher motor driver heatsinks. It also allows you to move the SD card slot to the front side or add a little drawer for small items like nozzels. Notes: - Parts to print: 1x middle (contains both), 2x center, 4x side, 4x corner - Start mounting the middle parts using the original short screws. Once they are fitted, you can easily snap in the other parts. - To use the corner drawer, you need to slightly unscrew the device foot or replace it with a shorter screw. - You will need 6 M3 x 25mm screws - I have only tested the 92mm fan mount, so feedback on the others is welcome More compatible parts from other makers: - Corner with power switch https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3923403
