Anycubic Mega i3 hotend cover
thingiverse
Here we've got a silent hotend cover inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2457516. I'm using two Noctua 40mm x 10mm fans to cool the hotend and the printed part, which requires low airflow so I redirect and funnel the output to the nozzle's end and it seems to be enough. You don't need to adjust the hotend angle or change the original bolts; you'll just need four M3 nuts to attach it to the carriage. You'll also need twenty millimeter M3 bolts and nuts to secure both fans, but if you don't use fan covers, sixteen millimeter bolts should be enough for the hotend fan. I've added some options for part's fan output; I've chosen one with an eight millimeter by four millimeter output to concentrate the airflow on the nozzle's end. The part's fan output is directly attached to the front fan, so designing your own airflow output should be easy if none of my options meets your needs.
