I designed a bed leveling system from scratch, printing all the components three times for added stability. To complete the build, you'll also need: 3 springs with 18mm diameter 9 M4 x 20mm screws 18 M4 x 12mm screws 27 M4 nuts 3 M4 x 16mm screws 3 M4 T-Nuts UPDATE: I upgraded my bed holder to reduce its profile and enhance the base's connection to the printer. With these changes, I believe you'll only need three additional M4 nuts and nine M4 x 12mm screws to complete the revised build.
