Anycubic Kossel Plus Y-Merger

Experimenting to construct a functional Y-merger for 1.75 mm filament - not limited to the Anycubic Kossel specifically. Various attempts have been made: 1) One piece only (printed vertically) resulted in layer steps causing issues with filament movement outside tubes, and material stability was compromised due to layer orientation, particularly at mounting points of fittings. 2) Split part (printed vertically) yielded a smoother filament guide (0.1 mm layer), but filament frequently got stuck at Y-points. 3) Current state: split part, printed vertically, with 0.06 mm layer, cones at passage between tube and printed part, slots added, and fitting thread. Development is ongoing. Both parts are connected using 6 x M3 10 mm screws and nuts, and 4 x filament 2.85mm 10 mm length tubes. The hotend's tube direction requires modification by adding a cone with a small countersink. 2019-05-14: Original (and additional cheap) feeders proved insufficient to push the filament reliably. Work is underway to replace these feeders with geared Titan bowden extruders. Minor adjustments (angle of inner cones changed, nut position moved) have been made to the merger (version V1.1).
