Anycubic Kossel Plus Marlin 1.1.4 Firmware

I got the Marlin 1.1.4 from github, configured and compiled it for my Anycubic Kossel Plus. I've done more than 20 hours of printing using this firmware already. To get optimal results, change your DELTA_HEIGHT, DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD, and DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT in Configuration.h according to your original calibration as written on the Anycubic Manual. Marlin 1.1.3, the original Anycubic Firmware, had variables like DELTA_SMOOTH_ROD_OFFSET, DELTA_EFFECTOR_OFFSET, and DELTA_CARRIAGE_OFFSET. In Marlin 1.1.4, those values were subtracted to get DELTA_RADIUS. However, in Marlin 1.1.4, that calculation is gone, reducing the math load on the ATMega CPU. To make up for it, I'm adding an Anycubic Kossel Plus Changes.h file with all the changes I made from the original Marlin firmware to match the original Anycubic firmware. Discussion and improvements are welcome here. I kept DELTA_SEGMENTS_PER_SECOND at 200 as a default in Marlin 1.1.4, which was previously set to 80-100 in old Marlins. Anycubic uses 100, and it seems to improve circle resolution. Also, I've sent this firmware update to the guys at anycubic. Hopefully, they made good use of it. #Use this at your own risk #Marlin 1.1.6 is available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2678149
