Anycubic Kossel Plus was my first printer. I bought it for my graduation project so I could print all my architectural and robotics parts. I love this printer it worked around 250 hours continuously in the last 12 days before my graduation day, After that I decided to make it better and better. First. I started with the head it self, removing the backlash by using better joints and putting balance weight to reduce the head weight and make it less vibration in high speed printing. Then I decided to make it fully closed and temperature controlled. So I made this. Fully printed with thick and strong corners and completed by 4 mm acrylic sheets I added a 120mm side fan with an inside grid to push the cold air directly to the bed to make a fast release for the part before the bed is completely cool to increase the productivity rate (especially in ABS since the bed take too much time to reach 100 degrees after it cooled down. Even the top has an open/close air opening if you want to choose to keep the hot air inside or let go out directly. And of course, some inside lights, more control switches to control the cooling fan directly in case I put the wrong setting on the Gcode , and most importantly a direct 12-volt input to make work directly on a 12-volt battery in case of a power cut or in case of traveling This printer worked with me more than 14000 hours and still working till todayI use it mainly for the small and very details parts (mostly ABS).Now I am uploading all the files so anyone who has the same machine can do what I did.May someone find this helpful.
