Anycubic Kossel plus damper feet

These are my custom Kossel Plus damper feet based on JamesWhite's top covers for the Kossel plus. I modified the original design to use separate screws so that they can be printed solid and the rest with 20% infill. To make them work as feet, I added triangles on top that fit into the printer base to prevent movement and a cross that attaches the vibration-damping rubber feet at the bottom. The screw fit can be quite tight but should work with some force.
