I designed this build plate clip to accommodate my 240mm glass plate along with a 240mm heat bed and an additional 5mm offset for cork insulation beneath the heat bed. The clip features adjustable sizing, approximately 4mm in diameter, allowing for variance compensation. This entire assembly comprises three distinct parts: the base plate, the upper clip used to adjust diameter and secure the build plate in place, and the socket, which enhances overall stability. Assembly is straightforward; I printed all three components, slid the upper clip onto the base plate, and attached the socket to the base plate using an ABS/Aceton mix adhesive.
