Modifying Atziano's design to work seamlessly with an E3D Hotend Block requires a few strategic adjustments. By incorporating the latest advancements in 3D printing technology, this customized design is engineered to optimize heat dissipation and minimize thermal stress on the block. To ensure compatibility, we will replace the standard extruder mounting system with a specialized E3D-specific adapter plate. Furthermore, we will upgrade the block's internal cooling channels to accommodate the increased thermal demands of the E3D Hotend. Additionally, our design incorporates a custom-built thermal interface material (TIM) specifically engineered for the E3D Hotend Block.
