Anycubic kossel magnetic effector for E3D v6
thingiverse
*I apologize for the incorrect part orientation* This is a remix of Laurman's fantastic v6 effector for a kossel mini, using carriages from Spike Lee's magnetic arm kit and a 30mm to 40mm fan adapter from Core3D_Tech. The magnet spacing has been increased to 80mm between centers to allow this effector to be used on large build volumes, like the one found on the Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus. Use K800 or similar 12-12.5mm countersunk magnets -or- Attach bearings to the effector with M4 screws, having magnets on the arms (design for arms WIP) If magnet strength is not enough, follow Spike Lee's advice: "If you get the magnets which are not strong enough, there is one simple thing you can try. Get some short M4 screws and screw them from the back of the carriages and effector through the hole of the magnets but do not touch the steel ball of the rods. Make sure you get the steel screws not stainless steel ones. You can tell by touching them with magnets. This will improve magnetic field." It should be printable without supports in PLA, PETG, or ABS. v2.1 Magnets mounted at 20° angle towards their respective carriages Material removed between "arms" Note: v2.0 and v2.1 descriptions have been combined for better readability
