This is a brand new printed effector for genuine full metal E3D V6 hotend upgrades for the Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus. This new effector has several features: 1. Optimized cooling of all bottom ribs' heatsinks, with genuine E3D hotend fans 30x30x10 mm used for cooling. 2. Double part cooling fans type 4010 with optimized jets (easily changeable if needed) provide better cooling. A silicone sock is recommended for the heatblock. 3. The whole effector weighs just 120g, a reduction of 30g from the original model, despite having double fans. 4. Better cable management has been implemented. 5. Printing volume remains unaffected. 6. The V6 hotend is more stable due to being held in place at the entire height of the heatsink, not just by a groove at the top. This ensures a very stable nozzle at high speeds and during fast direction changes. 7. Wires from the heater and thermistor are drawn inside the effector, resulting in a design free of exposed wires. 8. All parts were designed for printing without support. 9. The effector was designed to use an original magnetic holder calibration switch. Assembly is straightforward; the hole for the heatsink is tight, so some small adjustment by a sharp knife may be needed to ensure proper heat dissipation. For effector rods, hotend horseshoe holders, hotend fans, and magnetic calibration switch holders, M3 threads can be cut. Fan jets and 4010 fans use M2 screws or better DIN7981C 2.2x6.5 mm screws. Two holes are located on the top of the effector: a larger one with a diameter of 3mm is for leading wires to keep them in a nice big radius, preventing potential wire breaks from sharp bends. A smaller hole is for longer M3 screws (M3x50mm), which serve as fixating points for wires and cable sleeves. Please use zip tightening strips to tighten wires and sleeve to this fixation pole so that wires on the effector are fixed and free from pull or push forces during effector movements. This effector does not compromise printing volume, allowing faster and better prints due to its reduced mass and more rigid hotend hold, improved cooling, and safe wire management.
