Disclaimer: Using carriages with longer connecting rod mounting points may reduce your print area from 220 to 200 mm's. Anycubic calls these belt tensioners, and I'm using them now. Be careful not to over tighten the belts. The connecting rod mounting points are 52mm apart. You don't need copper spacers. I removed original carriages and placed them next to new adjustable carriages, matching top screw height. It worked after slight adjustments on one of them. I used 3x20mm screws for rods, thinking 25's are too long. A 3x20mm screw is used for tensioner, providing about 10mm of adjustment. This seems like enough, as belts can be tightened by hand and then further with the tensioner. I've only needed 5mm so far. I wasn't thrilled about L-shaped slider but it works around that bolt. The nut pocket was copied and pasted, but due to orientation, the tensioning nut pocket needs cleaning post-print for the top two nuts. These carriages work well with my E3D V6 effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2640121). I printed these in ABS with 50% infill. R1 I made three more, 50mm, 51mm, and 52mm wide, without added gusset. I trimmed 0.5 from each end of the 51 and 1.0mm from each end of the 50. These should work, although I haven't printed or tested them yet. effector: 2640121 carriages: 2653647 fan shroud: 2846998 UBL adapter: 2847002
