AnyCubic Kossel linear Plus and Marlin 1.1.9 - Auto Calibration and Auto Bed Leveling

This is my take on Da Hai Zhu's AnyCubic Kossel and Marlin 1.1.9 - Auto Calibration and Auto Bed Leveling. I've tweaked it for the Linear Plus and tested it out on my printer, and it works just fine. It should work for you too. But this is still a work in progress, and I'm hoping this will help out some of you who are having trouble with standard FW and auto bed leveling. I've taken this further and would love to hear your feedback - and any ideas you have on how to take it even further to the benefit of everyone with this type of printer.
