I have revised this damper in contour and dimensions. The center distance is still 56mm to retain preload levels. However, I reduced the recording diameter to 6mm so that the dampers do not slide off as quickly during operation. The dampers were then printed in FlexiFil. This small change brought a significant quality boost in printing!
