Anycubic Kossel Linear Bed Leveling Bar (200mm Bed)
thingiverse
Yet another bed leveling part for use with the heated bed that features a glass top, specifically designed for the 200mm bed (small version). This component primarily utilizes the hardware provided with the printer. I utilized some extra M3 x 16mm Socket Head Cap Screws that were leftover from building the printer (a bag labelled C03). To hold the glass to the heated bed, I added spring clips. The Z build height (DELTA_HEIGHT) is now set at 319 mm. To assemble this part, follow these steps: 1. Print three pieces with the flat side facing down. 2. Remove the existing stock bed mounts and attach the new parts using the same hardware (C16 M4 x 10mm BHCS). 3. Thread C03 M3 x 16mm into the central hole until it's fully seated, then back out one full turn. 4. Manually level the bed by following the instructions in Chris Riley's tutorial, starting from the beginning and using Pronterface and Arduino IDE as outlined at https://youtu.be/Xk7remEhUx8.
