The original fan on an Anycubic Kossel is by far the loudest fan out there. So I decided to swap it out with a quieter one, like the Noctua in these pictures. This particular version of the Noctua is the PWM model, which spins at 5000 rpm instead of 4500 rpm like the FLX model, resulting in slightly more air throughput than before. Still, it's less than the original fan. Here's where my project comes in: It directs the air through the cooling fins, making sure it gets used efficiently. Without this part, the air is mostly pushed around and wasted. No supports or raft/brim are needed for this design, but do be careful when removing it from your bed - it's pretty delicate. Be cautious when using Cura 3.6/4.0 with this model: It creates a small notch in the cylindric part, about a quarter of a circle high and 1mm deep. I'm not sure why this happens, but Slic3r works just fine, so you might want to use that instead for the best results.
