Getting harder to find parts for the v5 hot end that came with my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus, so I've had to upgrade it to an e3d v6 clone. Unfortunately most of the fan ducts here only fit the smaller v5 heater block, so I've had to make one up. If you use a heater sillicone sock, this is kind of safe to print in PLA, but its better to print it in PETG or ABS. Best would be to get it printed in resin (SLA) as those are heat resistant, and the thin curvy shape of the nozzle is hard to print by FDM. I've also included the STEP (Fusion 360) design file, my Simplify3d slicer settings, and a sample GCODE file to print. Currently using a 5015 fan and it only needs to be run at 60% fan speed.
