Anycubic Kossel E3D Fan Duct

Anycubic Kossel E3D Fan Duct

I designed this fan duct so you can use it straight away with just one modification needed, which is to adjust the spacer on the heatsink when switching from the stock V5 to V6 hotend assembly. This fan duct isn't very effective at pushing out a lot of air, so it's best used for printing PETG or ABS parts (I personally use the fan for small ABS prints) and not PLA. I printed it with a .15 layer height using no supports at a slower speed to get the vents right without any supports. I chose PETG for its strength and heat resistance. To get it right in your slicer, you'll need to flip it around. I tried flipping it in Fusion 360 but it still came out upside down when I loaded the STL file no matter what adjustments I made. The latest version has bigger vents for increased airflow and less plastic on the bottom for better clearance.
