Anycubic Kossel 5015 Mount and Wire Harness
thingiverse
I stumbled upon VitaliySh's concept for a 5015 mount and decided to bring it to life by crafting a cover that relies on one fan positioned at the front of the effector. Be prepared to use longer screws than those provided, as you'll also need an M4 x 20 or longer bolt specifically designed for the 5015. To get started with this installation process: - Begin by installing the 5015 using its M4 bolt. - Loosen the four bolts underneath the effector to allow rotation of the metal box by 180 degrees. It's a good idea to loosen the top four screws securing the hotend as well, so that the box can rotate freely without any hindrance. Once you've done this, reattach the bottom four bolts. - Reinstall the front right bolt of the hotend clamp and secure it in place by screwing it back on, while leaving the other three loose for now. - Install the CoverMain using two screws. - Carefully route the wires through the side of the assembly and secure them to CoverPart with a cable tie. Finally, install the last screw to complete the setup.
