A simple duct for cooling stepper drivers with a standard 40x40 fan works wonders when facing downwards - a trick that surprisingly hasn't been tried by many users yet. This setup is suitable for stock drivers, although it's unclear whether it will accommodate other models. The configuration allows you to switch between blowing and sucking air, with the former being my preferred option. The duct itself has thin walls, making it somewhat fragile when housing a fan. However, printing with single extrusion at 0.4mm seems sufficient, while using 0.2mm would provide even better results. To secure the fan in place, simply insert it into the narrow slot between the drivers and the socket - this should provide enough stability without obstructing airflow. I'm aware that my printer might look a bit disorganized, but this solution gets the job done. This duct has only two mounting points for the fan, ensuring that it doesn't interfere with air circulation. An M2.5 screw is used for secure attachment.
