Anycubic Kobra Neo dual z belt tensioner (2020 extrusion top required)
thingiverse
this is for an Anycubic Kobra Neo that is doing a dual z axis upgrade using a belt, not dual motors. The benefit of belts is that you never have to deal with synchronizing motors / heights of the X gantry or adjusting the vref on your board, leading to the risk of shorting out somethingRequired!2020 x 320mm aluminum extrusion, super cheap on aliexpress but you have to cut it with a hacksawim using a 610mm closed loop belt (6mm wide)toothed roller (no ball bearing required) for 6mm beltM4 x 10mm hex screw (x2)M4 nylock nutM4 t slot nut (x2)M5 x 20mm hex screw (both holes need to be tapped, not drilled out)Start by mounting in the middle of the extrusion. Move it to one side to tighten the pulley. Don't make it super taut or the lead screws might come out of alignment. Just snug enough that none of the teeth will skip and the belt is relatively straight (no slack)For a complete dual z belt project, refer to these thingiverse files ive made:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6180376https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6210211
