Hey I made this up really quickly as near the end of the roll my filament would get caught in the Z rod. This requires no tools, I printed it out of PLA+ but regular PLA would work, I did 3 walls, 15% infill. Print it with the shaft pointing up, and with support for the two 'nubs' The nubs will go in the holes at the top, they just press in.
