First, level the bed to ensure a smooth fit. Next, place the carriage as high as possible and then lower it onto the bed carefully to avoid getting stuck. To add extra space between the moving parts, use 1.75mm filament. Mount one bracket from the front and the other from the back of the hotend fan to provide sufficient clearance. Leave some room in the mounting brackets for easy fitting. Don't tighten all screws flush, as this will cause uneven wear on your carriage. Since my carriage is not perfectly parallel to the heatbed, I've intentionally left some space between the two. When using the cover for the first time, make sure it clears the frame before homing to avoid any damage or obstruction.
