A spool holder mounts to the printer's top edge, securing the filament at a precise angle. The filament is turned 180 degrees to facilitate smooth feeding from below into the standard extruder location. Only the metal ball must be detached from the sensor magnet for easy filament changes. When swapping filaments, it's first threaded directly into the extruder and then into the deflection device in sequence.
