I've taken a closer look at some impressive spool holders based on the design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2647030, but I felt one key feature was missing - a removable cap at the end of the holder's arm that would make it easy to switch out spools without accidentally releasing them. This is my take on the original spool holder.
