This model can be printed using a single color 3D printer, but you'll need to print each part separately on top of each other. Load both files into slicing software and align them perfectly. Print the eyes first in red, then after they're done, print the black body directly on top of it. Be prepared to swap filaments quickly between each file. Remember to keep the eyes brim-free. I designed this model using Fusion 360. Have fun!
