While searching for a suitable heatsink and nozzle cooling solution that would still allow installation of a BLTouch on my FT-5, I came across several excellent ideas. The challenge was combining them into a single, cohesive design... What you see here is the result of merging three great designs from the remix section to the right. Looking for a reliable part cooling solution for your Folgertech FT-5 with BMG / E3DV6 combo? Look no further! This modular system features a main body that cools the heatsink, a removable front-mount 45-degree Prusa style fan duct, and a side-mount BLTouch mount that attaches to the 713Maker Ultralight extruder carriage accessory holes. If you have any questions or concerns about this design, feel free to ask. I printed all parts in PETG for their heat resistance near the hotend, but PLA may also be suitable. Notes: - Print the fan duct at approximately 0.12mm layers. - Print other parts with 20%+ infill and 0.2mm or thicker walls for added rigidity.
