Anycubic i3 Mega S fan manifold
thingiverse
The Anycubic i3 Mega S requires an upgraded cooling solution, which involves replacing its bizarre stock driver board cooler with a more efficient one. This may necessitate re-seating the heatsinks, ensuring that their fins are perfectly parallel to the airflow. A suitable STL file is available for 9x10x12mm heatsinks, allowing for a 1mm gap on each side; users can modify the ports in the Fusion 360 file if their heatsinks differ significantly in size. The design accommodates an original 50mm cooling fan but allows users to resize the mounting bracket in the CAD file to accommodate larger or smaller fans. It's possible that the stock fan may not have a long enough cable, requiring an extension for optimal performance.
