Lots of thanks for the original belt tensioner, HT! On my printer, the Y motor protrudes slightly (see photo) so the original belt tensioner would not sit flush. So I increased the height of the part by 0.8mm and added a 0.8mm cutout on the bottom. Comments welcome.
