It's a remix from renbas "Anycubic I3 Mega Improved Hotend Fanbox" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2919245/remixes) and ronnies Anycubic I3 Mega Remixed Fanbox for BLTouch (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025361). I combined the right and left sides with the front grill to minimize weight and assembly time. Most of the 3 mm holes were drilled to accommodate screws. You'll need the following parts: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025333 (BLTouch mount) Materials needed include: 4 M3 nuts (for the case) 2 M4 washers (for the fan) 2 M4 nuts (for the fan) 2 M4 x 20 mm screws (for the fan)
