Anycubic i3 Mega Plug Cover with front customizable panel
pinshape
I used the Plug Cover by Bond72 as a starting point and then removed the ugly "hot warning sticker" from the AnyCubic i3 hotend box's front area. This is for the newer Mega model featuring the Green Locking Plug. A customizable plate was added to give it some flair, attached directly to the Plug Cover, requiring no additional screws. Two longer screws were used on top as the original ones barely reached and I wanted them to stay securely in place despite vibrations. The design can be customized further by loading it into TinkerCad and adding a personalized logo or text to the front. I added my amateur radio callsign along with the AnyCubic Logo Square's design for extra flair. Printer Settings: Printer: AnyCubic i3 Mega Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 20 Note that it needs less support if printed flat side down, but this may affect the logo or text on the front. Printing with supports is recommended in this case.
