Anycubic i3 Mega MOD to extrude TPU
thingiverse
After many efforts trying a MOD which could allow me to print 95A TPU safely with my Anycubic i3 Mega (with bowden tube), I decided to try my own one, so I basically added some extra features to the many existing ones, as follows: * Thread (M6) to install the top nut robustly * Bigger depth for the bowden tube to be conducted lower, with 4mm diameter * Slightly bigger diameter to conduct the filament without creating more friction with it at the entrance (1.95mm diameter) * Contersunk entrance to ease filament loading Based on these changes, I'm pretty much able to print TPU now, but never going beyond 20mm/s for the main speed (I'd also suggest you to increase the flow up to 1.20, and add an extra +0.05mm of separation with the bed for the first layer). Hope this helps anyone out there. If this is the case, please show some love by liking this one and sharing some comments. Besides the usual STL I'm uploading a STEP solid model too, just in case someone decides to continue fine-tuning this. Kindest regards
