Anycubic i3 Mega - Mainboard Fan Duct 2x50mm

After the standard mainboard fan was the last noisy part in my I3 Mega after several "silent mods", I decided on the 50mm double fan version from "mariusbach": https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2953960. Why I chose this option, I'll explain below (see "Why 2 x 50mm fans?"). I liked the position of the fans very much, but I wanted to focus the airflow on the stepper motor drivers. That's why I designed this air duct, which can be easily attached to the base plate. It compensates for the lateral offset of the fans and directs the air flow exactly to the cooling fins of the stepper motor drivers due to the gradient at the end. The attached snap-fit cantilever can be used. Unfortunately, these still have a little space. To avoid vibration noises during printing, I finally fixed the air duct to the base plate with double-sided adhesive tape. Used Fans: Noiseblocker XS-1 BlackSilentFan https://www.blacknoise.com/site/de/produkte/noiseblocker-it-luefter/nb-blacksilentfan-series/50x50x10mm.php
