Anycubic i3 Mega Lightning with Neopixel-Strip and NodeMCU

myminifactory

A housing for a Neopixel-Strip sits atop the Anycubic i3 Mega frame, potentially suitable for other printers as well. I also added a holder for a NodeMCU microcontroller and a cable organizer to keep cables out of spinning parts' way. Each of these holders can be placed freely. You could use a standard LED-Strip connected directly to a power supply, but I opted for Neopixels and NodeMCU due to their flexibility. Currently, the only program I have is a simple fade-to-white script that activates when the USB connection reaches 5V. It's possible to create an app-driven program using NodeMCU. To compile this code, PlatformIO on Atom is used. Once confirmed, I will post the link in comments. Required Materials: - Neopixel Strip - NodeMCU Microcontroller
