Anycubic i3 Mega LED Ring

Update 2020/09/17: I provided a small notch in the back left portion of the ring for clearance at the X rail sensor. This is a snap on version of the i3 Mega LED ring. No need to remove shroud screws. I took the idea from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3373867 and completely remodeled from scratch in AutoCAD 3D and incorporated my own ideas. 1. I shortened the mounting tabs so that the top of the ring would fit snuggly against the bottom of the hot end shroud. 2. I created a dome like shade that extends down to the bottom of the LED ring itself. I did this because this is the LED ring that I chose to purchase: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078Y6MFNB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. This light ring is very, very, very bright even with the defuser included. So the dome like shade is meant to direct the light down and not outward which is really hard to look at because it's so bright. Did I mention how bright this LED is? 3. Also I plan to apply a coat of white paint to the inside of the defuser to soften the light even more. I will update this post with photos once it is completely finished.
