Not that I expected miracle technology with a €139 printer but rather that it needs some TLC. One of the issues were that the parts cooling wasn't the best and the hotend cooling either required a very fast running fan (noisy) or it would tend to clog the hotend.

Looking for solutions I found Renbas enclosure and liked the solution . I printed in PETG and so far it works fine despite the much lower temperature it gets soft compared to his ABS.

Some minor modifications I made to the front, his grille_V3, which I post here too. The lower screw "channel" wasn't attached well enough for my taste so I made it a tad stronger and I added an angled plane for a LED strip with a thru hole for the wires. The cutout for the hotend wires was not wide enough too so I fixed it. In all side panels the holes were so small that they were printed totally closed which is why I enhanced the files a bit. You might have to drill them a tad larger but at least you have a hole as a guide. But for me it worked without doing so.

In the near future I will upgrade to an E3D V6 clone and swap the right panel to Renbas design for it.

For those who want/need more light than what 3 LEDs can provide I modified the half ring cooler and the V4 cooler and added a support for a 60mm OD 12V LED Ring (material-cooler-half-LED.stl, material-cooler-LED.stl).

Remarks: looks like there are two 5015 fan dimensions on the market. One has a 17.5mm throat length and the other one 17mm. I made a quick and dirty 17mm-fix for the full ring version and added it to the files.

The upper-rear M4 screw had came into conflict with the mounting bracket of the hotend. I filed the screw head to ~half thickness and the an mounting hole a bit down. Now the head is flush with the inner side of the fan.

A more detailed project report in German language can be found as DE_3D-Drucker-Projekte-Anleitung-Vxx.pdf here: http://www.pinzi.us/DIY/Helpers/DIY_helpers.php
