I've customized the mounting plate from @pablogk95 for my hotbed to accommodate my preferred y-axis cable chain, opting for a 10 x 10 mm one that features slightly different screw holes. You can find the part on Amazon US: https://goo.gl/EuhEQm or Amazon DE: https://goo.gl/uS8T6s. Note: The chain is relatively stiff, so you should overbend it to ensure smooth operation. Remove the cable sleeve with care and only attach a small piece at the opening hole. UPDATE 2 (2020-02-06): After two years of use, I'm pleased to report no issues with bed connectors or cables. Connections show no signs of wear, and I've never experienced any problems. UPDATE 1 (2017-12-01): I've added a modified cable chain frame and adjusted the screw holes to match my i3 base. To accommodate the cable, you'll need to trim the endmount on the cable chain. The chain is secured with short M3 screws.
