Anycubic i3 Mega Flex Extruders

I designed an ultra-high tolerance extruder for flexible materials and to work seamlessly with my direct drive mount system. Compared to previous extruders I've downloaded and tested, this one stands out in several key areas. Firstly, the spacing between the drive gear and guide wheel is impressively small, which enhances overall performance. Secondly, the thicker arm height increases spring tension slightly, but not enough to compromise stability. Thirdly, the filament hole is precisely aligned with the travel path, ensuring smooth and efficient printing. I've provided two variants on this design, each catering to specific needs. The "For Tube Connector" has a 6mm hole to thread a PTFE locking connector into, making it perfect for bowden setups or V1 of my direct drive bracket. On the other hand, the "PTFE Lined No Connector" version features a 2mm hole for 15mm of PTF tube, lining the majority of the inside of the extruder with low-friction material. I highly recommend using this version with my V2 direct drive mount. Check out my direct drive mounts at Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4356521
