Anycubic I3 Mega - Fanbox

In 2019 I started designing a fanbox for the Anycubic I3 Mega. However, I only finished the design now, because I had to replace one of the original fans. The main goal was to integrate a 5015 blower as a component fan. In addition, the exhaust air from the hotend should be directed upwards out of the housing. For this purpose the fanbox was equipped with ventilation slats that are aligned upwards. And the height of the fan should also be adjustable. The component fan is a remix from '5015 Fan shroud Anycubic i3 MEGA'https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4175380I implemented the fanbox for the original hotend - consisting of the following components:Component radial fan: Sunon MF50151VX-B00U-A99 12V 2,04WHotend fan: Noctua NF-A4x10 FLXLighting: 80mm LED Ring 12V Also required for assembly:1 x Micro Switch 5mm diameter2 x Micro JST PH 2.0 Ph 2 pin female connector with cable14 x M3x10 mm Cylinder head screw with slot (Zylinderkopfschraube mit Schlitz DIN 84)2 x M3x16 mm Cylinder head screw with slot (Zylinderkopfschraube mit Schlitz DIN 84)4 x M3 mm nuts (should be inserted into the side panels in advance with glue)1 x Washer for M3 diameter (Unterlegscheibe für M3 Durchmesser)2 x Serrated lock washer for M3 diameter (Fächerscheibe für M3 Durchmesser) to fix the nuts of the 5015 blowerHeat shrink tubing for cable soldering pointsUsing the Prusa Slicer 2.6.1, the parts were printed in high print quality with a resolution of 0.2 mm, 30% infill and different support settings - see the enclosed ZIP archive. Two different versions of the fan box are offered. In the standard 'L' version, the fanbox can be exchanged for the original box without any changes. With the (untested) 'R' version, the hotend and its connecting cables may need to be rotated. The LED ring is optional and can also be omitted - other side parts are available for this case.If the LED ring is installed, it can be switched on and off via a microswitch that is connected in parallel to the Noctua Hotend fan (when the fan is running).See also my other designs for the Anycubic I3 Mega:Anycubic I3 Mega - Double MOSFET 3D-Freunde with NOCTUA 40x10https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3441580Anycubic I3 Mega - Mainboard Fan NOCTUA 92x14https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3441556Anycubic I3 Mega - PSU Cover NOCTUA 60x25https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3441468Anycubic I3 Mega - Mega S Filament Holderhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3440835Anycubic I3 Mega - Vibration Damper Feethttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3440488Vibration Damper Feet V2 (Anycubic I3 Mega + Prusa I3 MK3S)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893231
