Anycubic I3 Mega fan duct main board
thingiverse
New replacement cooler for Anycubic I3 Mega mainboard and driver, compatible with original drivers and TMC 2208 with larger heat sinks. This upgrade allows replacing the original 60mm fan with two 50mm fans, one for the drivers and another for the mainboard. The noise reduction is significant, from 60db to 45db. The improved design makes it unnecessary to invest in a backplate cover, as the air is now absorbed in a different way. The mainboard fan is positioned further away from the grille to reduce noise and improve airflow, although its function is not crucial. There are two versions available: the 50x50 model with two 5cm fans, which I find perfect and affordable, and another version with two 40mm fans for Noctua enthusiasts. For installation, I recommend using 15mm (long) x 3mm (wide) screws. The provided holes can be used as nuts to screw directly into them, making it easier to install.
