Anycubic i3 Mega Direct Drive - Bondtech BMG

Direct drive assembly for Bondtech BMG or equivalent extruder using the stock Anycubic carriage plate. I used the Trianglelab BMG clone, which I highly recommend. The BMG assembly works with the E3D V6 or equivalent hotend. I used the Trianglelab All Metal V6, which has been rock solid. The part cooler is a slight remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815388, a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765158. The belt holder is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2838383 made to mount directly to the i3 Mega carriage plate. Design uses the standard micro fan that comes with the V6 hotend mounted on the left side of the hotend. **Parts List** * Bondtech BMG dual drive extruder or clone like this one * 12V all metal E3D V6 hotend or clone like this one * While the stock extruder stepper can be used, I highly recommend using a slimmer, lighter pancake stepper motor like this, which the 3:1 extruder gearing of the BMG works well with. * 2 x M3 10mm * 2 x M3 8mm * 2 x M3 18mm * 6 x M3 nuts * 1 x M4 22mm and M4 nut for fan * GT-2 6mm belt (stock belt is too short by about 30mm) * 1 x 5015 12V radial fan like this one **Notes** When printing the part cooler, make sure supports are only used on the outside of the part and not the inside, which will likely happen when auto generating supports (S3D will do this). Nozzle position is nearly identical to stock, so there should be no need to modify "Home" offsets. **Remix** There have been lots of requests for a BL Touch to be added. Feel free to remix and please leave a comment if you do improve on this design. I may get around to it at some point.
