About This design replaces the original metal cover and fan duct of Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer. Updates + June 11, 2017 - Initial upload + October 11, 2017 - Added version with no cover. Use it with original metal covering. Some holes were enlarged for easier mounting. All files reuploaded. Main Features: 1. No metal drilling or screws are needed to assemble. However, using thread tap is recommended since the holes are a little tight. 2. The holes in front of every cooler are completely removed. This solution increases airflow and removes annoying "whistling" sound. 3. Air blows through the gap from inside the torus. The air-blowing gap has a round shape with different size according to distance from fan. 4. The airflow from hotend-fan is guided directly on hotend, thus used more efficiently. 5. Laser mount holes are designed for cheap Chinese laser heatsink. No need to mount/dismount laser for every engraving operation because it suits perfectly and doesn't collide with metal frame of printer within the whole range of X axis.
