Anycubic i3 Mega camera mount
thingiverse
This is a custom-designed camera mount for the Anycubic i3 Mega printer. It allows the raspberry pi camera to be securely fastened at the right-hand side z-axis carriage. I opted for this location because designing a mount on the left-hand side would be simpler, but the part cooling fan duct obstructs the nozzle view, making it impossible to achieve clear visibility. Therefore, I created a mount that attaches the camera module to the right-hand side carriage. The two provided rods serve as connectors between "body 1" and "body 2", requiring a gentle tap with a hammer to secure them in place. To complete the assembly, you will need two M3 screws, which are commonly used in 3D printing. Additionally, you'll need something to pin the camera module to the mount itself; I utilized some cut toothpicks for this purpose, as shown in the accompanying picture. When assembling the mount, don't forget to use a high infill percentage, as it will require sufficient force to securely attach all components together.
