I modified this part originally made by derLowy, adding a slot that allows me to insert a standard pull tie and keep the cable in place securely. Looking at the photos you can see I also swapped out the cable cover for one that looks nicer than what came with the printer. To keep everything tidy, I added a couple of pull ties to secure the cable to the filament tube as well. This keeps the cable held up nicely, preventing it from just flopping down.
