Anycubic i3 Mega airduct for 5015 fan
thingiverse
This is a basic and simple approach for a part-cooling fan duct on the Anycubic i3 Mega that may also suit other printers. I've refined this design through multiple iterations, optimizing air output directly towards the tip of the nozzle. Currently, this configuration caters to one fan located on the left side. When the airflow is set to 100%, it effectively cools both directions - all you need is a bridging shot. To use this part-cooling fan duct, simply mount the 5015 fan yourself. I recommend taking a look at this Thing for guidance: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2706092 Specifications: The required fan is the 5015 model. You can find it on Amazon DE at https://goo.gl/TqMnCE or Amazon US at https://goo.gl/9PkZou. Installation Instructions: Print this part using your preferred material. For temperatures above 230°C, I suggest using PETG (PLA won't melt but will become soft). This design features a loose fit, allowing for easy adjustments to the fan duct's height. To secure it permanently, use some glue like UHU plast.
