Anycubic i3 Mega 7530 cooler + bltouch

After numerous trials, I finally grasped why my previous cover designs, though remarkably silent thanks to Noctua 40mm fans, fell short of producing satisfactory print results. The truth is, these fans simply couldn't muster enough airflow to effectively cool PLA parts as they printed, resulting in subpar bridges and overhangs. Determined to find a solution, I decided to take an entirely different approach. Out went the quiet cooling fan, replaced by a heavy-duty 7530 blower positioned strategically near the hotend output with a precisely fitted cooling duct. My initial printing attempts yielded astonishing results - parts that had previously failed or yielded unsatisfactory outcomes now printed with remarkable quality. I was thrilled to see my new setup paying off. One aspect of the design I chose to retain from my previous iteration is the fastening slot for a BLTouch, which allows for precise bed leveling and further enhances print accuracy.
