A 120mm fan bracket for the stepper drivers and mainboard of the Anycubic i3 Mega S.Inspired by:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3441556https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2924058Unfortunately, the existing brackets didn't fit. Therefore I constructed my own variant!Installation of 120mm fan with 105x105mm hole spacingGeneral notes:Fan looks out of base plate! (Cut-out in base plate required)Original TMC2208 coolers can be used (because more cooling = more power baby ;))Please pay attention to the correct assignment of the feet. These look very similar at first glance but are slightly different due to the design!-Feet are 25mm highFanplate 2,5mm thickRequired stl-files:Mounting "Top" (2 feet)Mounting "Bottom" (2 feet)Fan plate "top"Fan plate "bottomRequired accessories:Additional fan (in my case I still had an Articool P12 Slim PWM PST)4x longer screws for mainboard (M3x10mm cylindrical head)4x self-tapping screws (2.5x12mm - in my case Spax, the cone of the hole in the fan plate is designed for this)4x fan rubber decouplingAssembly instructions:Turn the self-tapping screws into the feet beforehand to slightly pre-cut the 2.1 mm hole in the feet. Otherwise this will not work so well when installed. The small additional board on which the beeper sits must be removedThe lower fan plate can be pre-assembled with the feet before installationThe foot under the small board (top left) is best tightened first with the M3x10mm screw as it is no longer possible to tighten it later once the additional board has been plugged back in. Pull the rubber decoupling into the fan plates and then screw it onto the feetThe final screwing in of the self-tapping screws is a bit fiddly as the M3x10mm mainboard screws tend to come loose again! A little patience is required hereStay healthy and have fun with the mountIf you like this or one of my other parts, please leave a small donation at my PayPal address:sascha.kolodzie@gmail.com
