This is a slight remix of great hotend housing designed by mileshkin.

I didn't like the lettering on the front, so I decided to redesign it a bit. The letters in my design are hollow, and there is a inlay of white filament on the back.

How to print it:

Print out the inlay plate using the color of your liking. That will be the color of the letters. The fit was quite tight in my case, so you may want to scale it down a bit. 98% should do.
Print out the housing with preferred color. Pause the print after 8th layer and insert the inlay plate. Then start the print again. The plate will be enclosed inside the housing by the rest of the print. There is no need to fix it inside with glue or such. You may want to use filament change addon for your slicer to make this process easier. I use this Plugin for my i3 Mega S.
Please note, that with this mod, you will not be able to put the filament as one piece though the middle hole as the inlay plate will be in its way. You have to use two pieces instead.
