I get my best results printing at a fine layer height of .2mm, using a filling percentage of 40-60% with either PETG or PLA filament, along with supports solely on the build plate. Afterward, I carefully drill out the filament hole with a precise 3/32" drill bit and secure the bowden tube retainer with a sturdy 13/32" drill bit.
