Here's my solution when I fit a printer into an enclosure box: printing hot air gets trapped inside the PCB and power supply chassis, which isn't good - especially since the chassis fan was always on and strained for a long time! To fix this, I make sure to airflow from the bottom of the enclosure so that it doesn't just recirculate the stale air. Check out the pictures to get a better understanding. I place two 220v low-noise fans at specific spots on the enclosure base: one right next to the power supply fan (it blows air in) and another a few centimeters away, pushing air outside of the chassis. To seal the bottom of the printer, I use glued 3D-printed parallelepipeds, then cover the original holes on the base frame with aluminium tape. That's it! Sorry about my terrible English language skills - hope this helps other users out.
